Mindfulness Meditation is simply the practice of being present and learning to become aware of our own body, mind, and spirit at any moment in your day. In this hectic culture of ours we often move through life without taking a moment to check in, to assess, and to simply be IN the many different moments of our lives. And essentially, we are allowing our lives to pass us by. At Breathe Yoga, our meditation classes will help you to learn to constantly be present so that you are taking control of your inner peace, your breath…your life.
